Overview
The client is a urea solution manufacturer seeking to fully automate their end-of-line packaging from case erecting to palletizing. We provided a complete line: a vertical case erector, a pick-and-place packer loading 4 pails at once into two cases, automatic case sealing with a downstream strapper, and an Estun robot palletizer. A custom turning device was integrated into the infeed line to orient the pails uniformly before packing. The entire line has been delivered and is now in production, with the client reporting significantly higher efficiency.

Custom Design
The complete line was customized to the client’s actual 10KG pail shape, case dimensions, and plant layout. The packer gripper was engineered specifically for the pails, the turning device designed per the client’s orientation requirements, the erector model matched to the case specs, and the robot gripper and pallet patterns programmed for the client’s pallet size and stacking needs. All equipment was pre-tested as a complete line before shipment for fast on-site installation and startup.
