The line is fully automated from packing to palletizing, with a compact layout and stable operation. All equipment was custom-designed around the client's bottle dimensions, case specs, and plant conditions. The line has been delivered and is now in production. This case presents a complete end-of-line packaging solution for 10KG pails of urea solution, including a vertical case erector, pick-and-place case packer, automatic case sealer, automatic strapper, and an Estun robot palletizer. The product is packed with 2 pails per case. The pick-and-place packer handles 4 pails at a time, loading two cases simultaneously. A customized product turning device before the packing station ensures all pails are oriented in the same direction. After sealing, cases pass through an automatic strapper for extra reinforcement, and the Estun robot palletizer picks 2 cases per cycle to build stable pallet loads. The entire line is compact, fully integrated from erecting to palletizing, and custom-designed around the client's pail dimensions and floor space. This case presents a complete end-of-line packaging solution for condensed milk in round glass bottles, consisting of a pick-and-place case packer, automatic slip sheet inserter, automatic case sealer, and a single-column joint palletizer. The line handles 450g glass bottles packed 12 per case. The case packer gently loads the bottles, slip sheets are placed automatically, and cases are sealed before entering the palletizing station, where the joint robot palletizer picks 4 cases at a time. Every section is smoothly connected, balancing gentle handling for glass with efficient output.
