This case presents a custom side-entry wrap-around case packer built for a Middle Eastern client, designed for 125ML Tetra Pak beverage products. The machine features a side-entry design with a 3×8 pack pattern, delivering precise wrap-around forming and stable operation. The entire machine was customized based on the client's actual product dimensions and carton specifications. It has passed client acceptance and been delivered on schedule to the Middle East, now in production. This project demonstrates our capability in Tetra Pak beverage packaging solutions.

This case presents a custom gantry low-level palletizer built for a Russian client, designed to handle 30L beer kegs with an integrated automatic slip sheet placement mechanism. The low-level infeed design ensures safe operation and easy maintenance. The palletizing process is stable and orderly, with slip sheets placed accurately between layers. The entire machine was customized based on the client’s actual keg dimensions, pallet size, and stacking pattern requirements. After passing the client’s acceptance, the equipment was delivered on schedule to Russia. This project demonstrates our capability in custom palletizing solutions for keg products with automatic slip sheet handling.
