Overview
The client is a liquid detergent manufacturer needing automated case packing, sealing, and palletizing for 2KG bottles. We supplied a complete line including a drop packer, automatic case sealer, and robot palletizer. The entire line was custom-designed to the client’s bottle and case dimensions, and is now running stably in production.

Features & Quality

• Drop Packing: Bottles are gently lowered into cases through a controlled lift-and-buffer mechanism, minimizing surface friction and label damage

• Case Sealing: The automatic case sealer folds the top flaps and applies tape evenly for a secure, neat seal

• Robot Palletizing: The robot palletizer picks 4 cases at a time, building stable and uniform pallet loads with flexible motion

• Stable Operation: All stations are rhythm-matched for smooth, continuous production

Custom Design
The complete line was tailored to the client’s 2KG bottle shape, case dimensions, and palletizing requirements. The drop packer’s guide and drop stroke, the sealer’s lane width, and the robot’s gripper and pallet pattern were all matched to the actual products and cases for quick on-site installation and startup.
