Overview
A Russian client required an automatic palletizing solution for 30L beer kegs, with the additional need for slip sheets placed automatically between layers. We provided a custom gantry low-level palletizer with an integrated auto slip sheet mechanism. The equipment passed client acceptance and was delivered on time.

Custom Design
The entire machine was customized around the client's actual 30L keg dimensions, pallet specifications, and required stacking pattern. The gripping method, slip sheet size, pallet arrangement, and infeed/outfeed directions were all configured to the client's needs, ensuring smooth integration with existing line equipment.

Client Feedback
The equipment passed client acceptance before shipment. The client was satisfied with the palletizing quality and slip sheet placement accuracy. The machine has been successfully delivered and put into production in Russia.
