Paint Bucket Column Palletizer

The single-column palletiser is primarily used for end-of-line palletising operations across various industries. With a single-column structure, the main system comprises a lifting axis, a translational axis, a main rotation axis and a gripper rotation axis, forming a four-axis, fully servo-driven palletizer. It is controlled by a motion controller and powered by four servo motors. With a rotation capability of 290 degrees, it can simultaneously palletise two display panels, delivering performance comparable to robotic palletisers.

Its compact, aesthetically pleasing design allows for easy adjustment to accommodate diverse products and pallet configurations. It can operate independently or be integrated with automatic stackers and pallet conveyors to form a fully automated palletising system.

This equipment utilises a handheld teach pendant for intelligent operation management, ensuring simplicity and ease of use.

The control cabinet is integrated into the inner side of the main column of the palletizer, eliminating the need for a separate cabinet and saving floor space.
