Adjustments are facilitated by an interlocking mechanism, ensuring convenience and simplicity, with digital display scales at each adjustment point. The carton feeding block and chain utilize a dual-link design to guarantee stability during carton movement. The main body features excellent rigidity. Anodized aluminum alloy and brushed stainless steel ensure an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Exposed structural components are finished with aesthetic packaging for visual appeal. The machine integrates a PLC centralized control system with a human-machine interface, optimizing all wrapping control functions. Electronic monitoring devices are installed at all critical points. High production efficiency: Utilizes polymer, self-lubricating, low-wear engineering plastic chains and a fully automatic centralized lubrication system, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and high productivity. Fully automated operation with variable frequency drives and servo controllers for automatic speed adjustment, synchronized with the entire production line.
