Glass Bottles Depalletizers

An automatic depalletizing machine performs the opposite function of an automatic palletizing machine, meaning products are automatically unloaded from pallets onto conveyor lines. This process includes automatic bottle stacking, automatic pallet removal, automatic bottle unloading, automatic pallet collection, and other functions. It is commonly used for depalletizing glass bottles.

1. Full pallet input part The pallet is manually loaded onto the chain pallet conveyor with forklift, and the outer packaging is manually removed first. According to the subsequent unloading progress, if the subsequent unloading is completed, the full pallet will be automatically transported to the next station for unloading.

2. Pallet output device When the products on the pallet are automatically unloaded to the lowest layer, the pallet is automatically output and the pallet collection device is carried out.
